Full-time position processing employees benefit withholdings, working an eight-hour shift Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. This position is full-time, hourly and nonexempt.
Perform internal audits of client Flexible Benefit plans to ensure proper administration and record keeping
Perform daily operational tasks, such as printing checks, review requested funding transactions, etc.
Coordinate with Relationship Managers to resolve problems relating to plan administration
Manage and report to Relationship Managers on plans that incur a negative balance
Research and resolve ticket requests from Relationship Managers and Benefit Specialists
Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time
Maintain understanding of applicable rules, regulations, and policies governing flexible benefit plans
Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
Complete other projects as assigned by Group Leader, Director or Vice President
Ability to work quickly and accurately. Will be required to meet production and accuracy levels.

Be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and have advanced knowledge of Excel
Have experience with manipulating spreadsheets for file comparison and data import

Have experience with programming and/or automation is beneficial, but not required
Be professional in both verbal and written communication
Education and Experience - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred in this or related field
Physical Requirements This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
