We are looking for an Internal Control Business Analyst. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

About the position?

Within the MMPJ (Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët) Business Analysis and Internal Control team, you will have a pivotal role guaranteeing the right level of internal control and compliance of the companies within the MMPJ scope and participating in Finance related processes.

Reporting to the Business Analysis Manager in charge of the Finance Transformation & Internal Control, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Business Analysis Manager by providing a robust development of Internal control roadmap within our three affiliates and an accurate monitoring of structure costs

  • Operating as a business partner across all functions, while engaging teams in developing a internal control and finance savvy mindset

  • Contributing to maintain an high level of internal control within MMPJ affiliates by putting in place controls and continuously enhance processes to make it serve the business

  • Supporting stakeholders in their financial support needs

Your key missions?

Internal Control & Audit

  • You will support the design of the internal control roadmaps, in alignment with Group priorities and MMPJ risk mapping

  • You will perform regular controls to maintain a good level of internal control within our affiliates and ensure the timely remediation of the internal control weaknesses

  • You will be an active contact for Group Internal audit team and Internal control community within the Group supporting all projects related to internal control and compliance topics

  • You will be the local MMPJ contact for all internal control topics (Segregation of Duties, processes, purchasing approbation routes…) ensuring SoD compliance across MMPJ systems

  • You will coordinate the annual completion of the LSF

  • You will coordinate Policy updates with process owners

  • You will develop visualization analytics and reporting

  • You will support the execution of corporate audits and annual Statutory auditors review

  • You will act as a Key-User in specific systems (e.g. Concur and E@SYBuy)

  • You will coordinate the integration of the Sainte Marguerite en Provence within Pernod Ricard Internal Control and Compliance ecosystem

Reporting & planning

  • You will contribute to MMPJ closing and forecasting processes (rolling forecasts, R&Os etc.)

  • You wil drive forecasting and monitoring of SG&A, supporting key stakeholders with insights and recommendations

  • You will ensure consistency and reliability of financial data reported to Pernod Ricard

  • You will ensure strong communication with other department and notably Human ressources controlling

  • You will support the Finance Transformation roadmap

  • You have a degree in Financ

  • You have at least 2 years experience (internships & apprenticeships included) in a related field with a particular interest for internal controlling

  • You have good knowledge of basis internal control principles and accounting principles & concepts (P&L, balance sheet etc..)

  • You have a strong interest for information systems with strong Excel and Powerpoint skills

  • You are adaptable and you are able to create strong partnerships with a wide range of different profiles

  • You have good planning, organization and presentation skills

  • You speak English and French fluently
