Join the Integrated Components and Solutions (ICS) Division as the communication's lead for the Advanced Components Manufacturing (ACM) team.
In this role you will define, develop and implement communication and change management strategies for a large, global manufacturing organization. You will support the leadership team, own the communications strategy execution and measurement and be part of a high performing team.
Job Responsibilities, Including But Not Limited To:
Define the Business internal communication strategy and plan,
Own and develop strategic communication and change management plans to support ACM's strategic priorities including defect-free quality, employee recognition and connections to our customers.
Serve as a translator of the ACM Strategy. Check employees' understanding with feedback loops and bottom-up communication
Implement and measure the communication actions with the aim to continuously improve quality and efficiency
Define and manage the Internal Communication budget
Serve as an advisor to leaders and project teams on the most effective method for communicating messages to employees. Creates/develops messages that are informative, timely and focused on the employee.
Support organizational change and business transformation, analyzing the impact of the change on people and designing the appropriate communication plans and actions.
Design leadership and employee events. Provide support in developing content, materials and messaging for internal meetings, including townhalls, all employee meetings and leadership conferences. Define, develop, implement and measure new and ongoing leadership and employee communication strategies.
Design and implement contingency/crisis communication plans for ACM, aligned with the corporate process and guidelines. Define clear roles and responsibilities and organize dedicated training if necessary.
Develop a managerial culture of dialogue between managers and team members that includes providing coaching or training to leaders.
Be a pro-active member of the Integrated Components and Solutions Communication team, contributing with ideas, knowledge and practice sharing, challenging and accepting to be challenged.
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field
5 to 7 years of communication related experience
Experience with communication metrics, analytics and/or measuring effectiveness of communication to achieve desired results
Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities and effectively work across a matrixed organization to achieve goals
Demonstrated knowledge of multimedia design and technology including social media tools
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing skills and creative thinking capabilities
