Internal Auditor

Must live in Miami, or be able to work onsite in Miami for next 6 months

The Auditor will assess how their contracted building initiatives are coming along and if the Construction contractors are living up to their commitments. Rate is open.

Will also evaluate project performance and identify potential risks. 

The Auditor will:

·Review financial records: Check budgets, invoices, change orders, and payment records

·Verify contractor billings: Confirm that contractors are being paid correctly and in accordance with contract terms

·Review contracts: Ensure that contractors are fulfilling their obligations

·Assess compliance: Make sure that the project is following building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations

·Evaluate performance: See if the project is on schedule and if the work meets quality standards

·Identify risks: Look for potential problems like cost overruns, delays, or non-compliance

·Propose solutions: Suggest ways to address any issues that are identified
