Internal Audit System Administrator
Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for an Internal Audit System Administrator to join our North American Region, Internal Audit organization.
This individual will be responsible for owning all aspects of our Global Internal Audit System Paisley Accelus. Internal Audit utilizes this system on a daily basis to conduct all audits and maintain our current control environment. This position requires great problem-solving skills as well as the ability to create new processes and improve on existing ones.
Provide general administrative support, such as addressing questions or concerns from the department globally or from the business about the system's functionality.
Manage system access, create training materials and lead training sessions, create and generate reporting in order to maintain data integrity within the system.
Coordinate with the regions to resolve all data integrity issues.
Help users in the business complete all quarterly and annual surveys. All technical issues will be managed by this individual with coordination from the third party help desk as well as Whirlpool's help desk.
Continually work to update and improve the system as feedback is received from users
Travel may be required.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
Experience driving system/process improvements and efficiencies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to think independently and be a thought leader, professional demeanor, and other qualities that include decisiveness, self-initiative and high energy.
Ability to be extremely precise and detail-oriented, but also to work quickly and provide fast turn around.
Excellent PC skills, including strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G Suite, etc.
Strong organizational skills and practices to consistently, reliably and independently follow through with limited supervision.
A positive, teamwork-oriented attitude and flexible approach.
