Internal Audit support- Incident and Problem Management processes and controls

Location: Baltimore (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist during planning and scoping of key risk areas. Conduct research of regulatory requirements

• Provide support when meeting with process owner to comprehend policies, processes, and controls.

• Assist in developing, executing, and documenting control design testing related to the process design and controls design.

• Assist in developing, executing, and documenting control operating effectiveness testing related to the control's implementation and execution.

• Assist in vetting findings and observations.

Skillsets Required:

• Advanced understanding of the Incident and Problem Management processes and controls

• Advanced knowledge of ISO or NIST standards/frameworks relevant to the Incident and Problem Management

• Advanced knowledge of U.S., and familiarity with International, regulatory requirements pertaining to incident disclosure requirements for Financial Service Companies

• Strong control mindset and ability to highlight significant controls.

• Strong research and vetting skills

• Can work independently.

• Strong project management skills

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and writing skill.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location and experience. The base salary range listed is just one component of EXL's total compensation package for employees.
