Internal Asset Fulfillment Associate

An organized and energetic team player is needed to insure the highest quality, best customer service possible for our customers. The Internal Asset Fulfillment (IAF) team executes against orders for iNet replacement, iNet amendment and Rental customers. The Service Technician Associate will be responsible for interfacing with an electronic system to fulfill iNet exchange and contract amendment requests while using the practice of first in, first out (FIFO) to physically configure instruments and apply special settings across all active product lines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor various work queues to fulfill customer requests
Physically open and configure equipment specific to the order
Interface with proprietary software to program special settings for sensors, users and locations
Movement of Kanban equipment through various points of the process
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Maintain a clean and functional work area (6S)
Identify opportunities for improvement within existing processes (Kaizen)
Lab Gas Management
Department Daily Performance Reporting
Tubing Cutter Operation
Testing and Preparation of Rental Accessories
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (Non-Negotiable):
Organized and able to perform multiple tasks efficiently and simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills
Acute attention to detail
Proven ability to hit short notice deadlines
Mechanical assembly skills
Basic computer navigation and typing skills QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED (Negotiable):
Basic knowledge of Electronic systems including SalesForce, iNet Control, iNet admin and DSSAC
Basic knowledge of DSX Docking Stations
Basic knowledge of all iNet supported product lines
Inventory management experience
