As a member of the Executive and Internal Communications team, you will be part of a team which produces employee communications and events for Google executives. You will work with members of your internal client team on communications initiatives, projects and programs. You will support the work of the team to create strategic communications campaigns, come up with innovative ways to engage employees that are in tune with Google's culture, write communications, business update presentations and talking points. You will also collaborate with internal partners as needed across functions (PR, Policy, Legal, HR, Operations, etc.) and geographies.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience managing communications in the corporate, media, government or non-profit spaces with a focus on writing and strategic communications.
Must have work authorization in United States.
Experience designing presentations, videos, and creative collateral.
Ability to work closely with executives to develop their communications, including written materials and speaking engagements, and effectively advise them on communications strategy.
Ability to help shape the internal communications narrative and effectively communicate via presentations, scripts, or emails without significant editing.
Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively across many functions to influence, manage, and drive communications narratives across the internal organization.
Develop, write, and edit communications for senior executives, including emails and presentations.
Develop creative strategies for communicating to employees: plan the frequency of and vehicles for communications; coordinate across different areas of the business and the company.
Interact with and influence executives; provide advice that reflects an understanding of their business and leadership style.
Manage the end-to-end process for large internal events.
Provide communications and program management support.
