Summary of Responsibilities
Inside Account Representative
Identify, contact, and assess potential customers throught phone and email to generate face-to-face meetings for our outside sales team.
Salary: $50,000

Customer sites from coast to coast
Essential Job Function
Expand our traditional business by identifying manufactures and their supply chain providers to develop account opportunities and prospective leads for new business.
Expand our non-traditional business by exploring verticals beyond manufacturing.
Maintains strong knowledge of quality and inspection business.
Applies effective sales strategies.
Sets appointments with client contacts for Outside Account Managers
Successfully manages outbound call volume and some inbound in a fast paced environment
Maintains ongoing sales pipeline and accurate documentation of activity
Occasionally attend trade-shows to professionally represent the company, its services and develop new business prospects.
Prepares sales information for customers including proposals
Follows up with customers to ensure service issues are identified, understood and solved
Liaisons with operations team to provide customer solutions
Maintains compliance with quality requirements
Completes required training classes
All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 1-3 years of Inside Sales experience preferred.
Experience with Sales-force or similar CRMs preferred.
Excellent analytical and time management skills as well as a customer service mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows products
Available to work assigned hours based on customer and business needs
For internal candidates, have satisfactory job performance (not on a corrective action)
