About the Group:
Escalation Engineering is part of Customer Services. We analyze
customers' systematic issues and propose effective solutions based on
technical investigation, and analysis. Our works are related to the
fields of Electrical Engineering, Reliability, Computer Science,
Statistical analysis, and Engineering Troubleshooting
About the position:
We provide you with not only a unique experience working in an award
winning technical support organization, but also work on meaningful
projects that have meaningful impact to our organization. We are open
to a candidate with any level of experiences or expertise. We have
projects in the areas of Data Science, UI/UX, and Technical Support.
To provide you with broad experiences in our organization, we
identified 3 areas that you will be working on depending on your
experiences and passions. These areas are Data Science, UI/UX, and
In the Data Science, Machine Learning: Developing tools to extract
data, design and create reports. Automate report generation using
combination of Unix run-time environment, Using tools to discover and
identify significant information from data. Excel, and
Sharepoint. Experience with SQL, Excel, R, Python, "bash", Java, or
In the AI area: Working with Engineering to design, formulate and
implement rule-based expert system.
In the UI/UX area: Developing interactive data visualization based on
In the Technical Support area: Assisting escalation engineer to
reproduce customers' issue, collect data, assisting with detail
analysis and creating summary reports. Knowledge in computer
networking is desirable.
Curious and Passionate in solving problems
Currently pursuing Bachelor Degree/MS degree in Engineering/Computer Science; must be returning to school fall 2019 and not graduating prior to December 2019.
Know how to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent
Experience with Software Development
Computer Networking Technologies, knowledge of JUNOS is desirable
