The Job Responsibilities
The Drger NA CRM Team supports Users in the areas of Sales & Marketing, across the US and Canada, for our Medical and Safety product lines. As a CRM Intern, you will have the opportunity to exercise your CRM knowledge by troubleshooting and resolving issues, improving data hygiene, developing reports and dashboards, and contributing to other CRM-related assignments.
Maintain database quality; including manually updating customer accounts, identifying areas of need, appending data to flagged records and working on additional data hygiene projects.
Assist the team with reporting needs and develop sales and marketing dashboards upon request.
Run weekly CRM reports for Sales Management & Planning team.
Deliver User support by troubleshooting issues and providing solutions or escalating to IT.
Assist management and professional staff in functional-related activities including research, analysis, problem identification, recommendations, presentation preparation/delivery, etc. that contributes to overall functional efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to the execution of functional processes while tracing the status to identify modification that will improve the overall outcomes to the activities.
Participate in department and project meetings to expand understanding of the functional discipline and contribute insights and suggestions/recommendations about the topics being discussed.
May be assigned ownership and accountability for selected sub-project(s) of a timely nature involving research, analysis and presentation of findings to management/team for further development and consideration.
Facilitate good communication (both verbal and written) between necessary individuals and groups to ensure overall project goals are achieved within time, within cost, at the desired performance level.
Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 or a similar CRM tool
Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, specifically Excel
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written (reports, presentations) communication skills
Ability to research and analyze data
Results-orientated, team player able to work with a variety people
Detail orientated and able to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
