The Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users for desktop, hardware, and software-related issues.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software applications.

• Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking and maintenance.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Assist in the implementation of IT projects, such as software upgrades and system migrations.

• Document support processes and procedures for knowledge sharing.

Your Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or recent graduate.

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT support or related field.

• Basic knowledge of desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and software applications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• Prior internship or work experience in IT support is a plus.
