The Job Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to end-users for desktop, hardware, and software-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software applications.
Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking and maintenance.
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects, such as software upgrades and system migrations.
Document support processes and procedures for knowledge sharing.
Your Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or recent graduate.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT support or related field.
Basic knowledge of desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Prior internship or work experience in IT support is a plus.
