The Human Resources team is hiring Summer Interns to assist with the below projects:

• Leadership and Talent Development

• Career Pathways

• Performance Management

• Talent Review

Interns must meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program at an accredited Institution. Enrolled Master's students accepted.

• Actively working toward a Major: Human Resources, Business Management, Economics, Finance (other related majors accepted)

• Have a minimum GPA of 2.5, but above a 3.0 preferred (Transcript will be requested)

• Ability to commute and work at our Corporate HQ On-Site (Fort Lauderdale, FL) for the duration of the internship program

• Must be able to work 28 hours per week, Monday-Thursday Schedule

• Willingness to learn and be coachable!

• Communication, Organization and Time Management Skills

The AutoNation 10-Week Summer Internship Program is a Paid Internship. AutoNation Summer Interns are paid up to $20 per hour. If seeking college credit for participating in the internship program, we will provide documentation as needed.
