Job Summary
Learn and work on creating a program to interact with motion controllers, such as Aerotech, National Instrument, and Logosol.
Learn and work on machine vision application programing.
Learn and work on programming PC to instrument communication through different protocols, such as GigE, USB, and RS232.
Learn and work on database application to access and store process information.
Learn and work on integrating multiple sub-applications together to develop an automated assembly, test, or inspection systems for company internal customers.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Work with internal customers to define the automated system specifications.
Familiarize with the functionalities of various components, such as motion stages, vision components, sensors, pneumatical components, commercial tooling, etc.
Work with master software engineer and other team members to integrate and develop an automated system.
Assist master software engineer to upgrade, improve, and support the automated systems in the production line.
Education & Experience
2+ yrs. of CS or EE related college courses.
Familiar with C, C++, C#, Python, and SQL programming.
Skills & Other Requirements
Ability to have attention to details.
Good communication skills and teamwork friendly.
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English required.
Has Integrity and is self-motivated.
Ability to work in fast paced team and independent setting all within a cleanroom.
Knowledge of machining, construction, electrical useful.
Working Conditions
8-hour shift: 9 AM to 5 PM weekdays
Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment, carrying out multiple projects at a time.
Candidate may need to work on-site in a cleanroom environment where strict cleanliness rules will be enforced.

Managers will ensure that all safety and environmental procedures are followed consistently. They will ensure that risk assessments are performed, proper training, work instructions, required PPE is available, and will monitor compliance.

This position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
