Servco Subaru Administration has a paid internship opportunity for a student in their junior or senior year at a 4-year college or university. This internship is part-time with a flexible work schedule approximately 20-25 hours a week Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 4:30pm for one year. Flexibility to work more hours during the summer and other school breaks may be available.



As a team member in Automotive Distribution, you will learn and gain valuable experience in all areas of receiving and distribution of Subaru vehicles. The Intern will support Subaru Hawaii Distribution with the following responsibilities:

Assist Port Operations Supervisor

  • Verify and submit sales orders in Oracle

  • Verify work orders in Oracle

  • Release and complete work orders in Oracle

  • Order sold and show cars from storage lot as needed

  • Drive Subarus to various nearby destinations when needed

  • Receive Subarus at the port when shipment arrives

Assist Product Planning/Inventory Clerk

  • Perform the pick and ship process in Oracle

  • Enter sales information into Vehicle Master

  • Enter information into fuel log

  • Perform other data entry tasks as needed

  • Scan, organize, and file documents as required

Assist Vehicle Inventory Manager

  • Prepare Inventory/Sales analysis documents

  • Provide administrative support to the department

  • Assist team with miscellaneous projects and reports as assigned



  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's Degree program in Business Administration or related field

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and excellent follow-up skills

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel
