Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the broader Sales Development team in sales material development, and marketing efforts.
Assist the Sales Development team in preparing and customizing RFP responses for our sales team.
Assist in the execution/launch process of sold sponsorship programs
Support tracking of sponsorship process updates
Assist in the management of sponsorship wrap reports, case studies and sales materials.
Participate in brainstorms and strategic account planning alongside the Sales Development leads.
Work with multiple cross functional teams including PR, Research, Sales, Product, Creative Services, Business Operations, and Industry Marketing to develop effective sales materials.
Major/Concentration in: Business, Communications, Marketing or Advertising
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent project and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
