POSITION SUMMARY
This is a unique role that will touch many different parts of the business. The Residential Business Analyst Intern will report directly to the VP of the Residential LOB and will be responsible for identifying and chasing down potential customer leads, creating educational content for branch managers, analyzing data, and assist with researching revenue generating ideas. This role is best suited for an entrepreneurial individual that can manage multiple tasks at a time, is able to pivot on a dime, and is comfortable working individually and as a team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, locate, and reach out to targeted booking leads
Review and scrub data sets
Research new and existing revenue streams
Assist with content creation
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Comfortable researching and reaching out to individuals, companies, and organizations on behalf of WRE
Experience deal with customers preferred.
The ability to multitask is key
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
Skilled with Microsoft excel and manipulating data sets
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
