Job Responsibilities:
The Product Enablement Intern position is in the Global Product and Technology organization. Iron Mountain offers a content services platform that provides actionable business insights and predictive analytics through Machine Learning (ML)-based classification of a company's physical and digital information, which adds structure, context and meta-data to information to make it more usable. The resulting enriched content can then enable enhanced automated governance and workflows for our customers. We currently have an opportunity for an Intern to work with our Product Enablement team to further develop our product training & collateral to help our sales people deliver technical solutions meeting our customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the Product Enablement Team to develop and deliver training to our worldwide sales team.
Learn to design and deliver eLearnings through the use of industry standard tools and platforms.
Develop and present enablement through engaging, well-designed, live training presentations.
Participate in design discussions using adult learning best practices and consider the tradeoffs to support business value, scalability and delivery timeline.
Perform audience research to understand training needs and identify seller pain-points.
Work with project managers, product marketing, corporate marketing, sales, solution architects, engineers, and product managers as subject matter experts to design, develop, implement and deliver training sessions.
Audit existing enablement content to determine value and refresh cycles.
Translating technical product features and topics into use cases and customer value based messaging.
Attend team meetings including daily standups, planning, and retrospectives.
Gather design inputs from cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, marketing, development , customer support, IT/Imaging operations, billing, project management, and development team members.
Functional Knowledge Skills & Competencies:
Education Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expectation that degree will be obtained by July 2025 or earlier
Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship
Preferably pursuing a degree business, marketing, learning & development, or a related technical field
Requirements:
Participation in the internship program requires that you are located in the continental United States for the duration of the program
Interns will be evaluated for a full time position with their team
Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction
This is a 40 hour per week assignment, lasting between 10-12 weeks with the expected start date being May 20, 2024

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with video/image editing software
Experience with online learning
Reasonably expected salary range: $27,400.00 - $34,300.00
