Main responsibilities:

El rol de Intern de People & Culture acompañará la implementación de procesos del área de Recursos Humanos en la región SOCOPAC.

• Participación activa en programas de cultura y gestión del cambio.

• Apoyo en preparación de data (reportes, análisis de información, presentaciones)

• Co-liderará el programa de prácticas de Consumer Healthcare para la región.

• Comunicación con diferentes stakeholders para procesos clave: comunicaciones, People Services, Líderes.

About you:

• Estudiante de últimos semestres de psicología, administración de empresas y/o afines.

• Capacidad de comunicación asertiva, proactividad y agilidad.

• Conocimiento intermedio de Microsoft office.

• Inglés intermedio
