Intern - Construction Management Center

Job Summary: Perform related tasks that meet the demands of the department, while gaining relevant work experience which relates to the interns college major.

Expected projects include the following:

• Damages & Complaints support

• Workflow transition into Render

• Post project clean-up efforts and validations all deliverables/documents have been provided by contractors

• Clean/scrub data for reporting purposes

• Work through backlogs in areas such as invoicing, data entry and redlines and materials.

• Other miscellaneous tasks to support the construction activities

Qualification Requirements:

a. Education: Enrolled in a College/University program as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student. Major must be related to department internship.

b. Must be 18 or older.

c. Skills: Microsoft Word and Excel are preferred.
