Qualifications and Detail about the Position

Broad Function

A Brock Intern is an entry-level, temporary to permanent, performing various tasks and functions to gain experience in the assigned field. This position will assist with daily duties delegated by the established team or management.

Essential Functions

• Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business.

• Understand the company's overall concept, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.

• Rotates through our divisions of responsibility to learn the department's functionality in the company.

• Assists in creating presentations, reports, or other documentation for the department.

• Perform customer service activities as assigned (responding to questions via phone or email.)

• Learn and become proficient in internal software systems.

• Perform job shadowing to learn different functions and office positions.

• Support various team assignments and projects.

• Attend meetings and take minutes as required.

Working Conditions

• Working indoors in an office environment and indoor field, yard, and shop locations.

• Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment as necessary

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate high confidentiality and sensitivity in handling personal and confidential information.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Experience

• College student

• Currently enrolled with a minimum of one or two semesters of relevant academia.
