Position Summary

We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern at Baldor, you'll have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to exciting projects within our Operations department. This internship is thoughtfully designed to provide invaluable exposure to our industry landscape and foster the development of essential skills for your future career endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Team with day-to-day tasks and projects.

• Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing initiatives.

• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and solutions.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.

• Support the various teams within the warehouse that encompass all of operations from a continuous improvement stand-point up to the highest level of our operation.
