Support IT HW Lifecycle and SW License Management.Sunnyvale is the largest site and we need support to develop and implement best practices and processes to manage our HW inventory efficiently
Key Tasks & Responsibility:
HW Lifecycle Management:
Analyze Stock Levels for upcoming HW Replacements and Disposals
Assist with Physical Inventory & Asset Tagging
Work with Client Admins to Reconcile data sources
Offline Client verification with End Users
Assist with SW Survey activities
License Maintenance Renewal
Assist with License Ownership investigation
Ensure documentation of license - Purchases, Renewals and Transfers
Good understanding of MS Office Tools Work, Power Point,Excel (Vlookup, Tables and Pivots Tables), MS Access and SQL Server knowledge helpful but not necessary.
Junior/Senior student in collage/University, pursuing a Bachelors in any field related to Information Technology.
Must have good academic records.
