The McLean Technical Services Team is responsible for deployment, management and support of hardware (computers, printers, scanners, etc) across the McLean main campus and offsite locations. The Technical Services Team is very busy implementing Windows10 and Network Security Policies.
As part of the Windows 10 effort we are requesting an intern to work on data validation and reconciliation across the various computer data bases. Responsibilities include:
Running reports via Epic Tools to ensure the accuracy of data
Validate data records in ServiceNow
Run validation via SCCM query by subnet to inventory machines
Run SeviceNow reports to identify end of life machines that should be retired
