The Marketing Automation Intern will be assisting with the implementation and day-to-day operation as well as overall governance of our Marketo application and related marketing technologies across multiple brand teams. They will assist the operational lead of executing marketing campaigns for the brand teams and their agency partners. In this internship, they will gain real world experiences in data segmenting/collection, list segmentation, email campaign execution, landing page creation, optimization, testing, and deployment within Marketo. This internship will report directly to the Associate Director, Digital. As an active and involved member of the Marketing Operations team, they will learn the use of the marketing automation platform and marketing best practices within Alkermes. This position will utilize strong analytics, operational skills, a collaborative mind set, and great attention to detail.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Assist with strategy, plan, and actual integration of Marketo with CRM

  • Analyze and make recommendations to improve the existing lead scoring model and implement approved changes

  • Troubleshoot and prioritize issues with the lead management process and integration with marketing automation platforms

  • Manage system maintenance, improvements, as well as build and maintain smart lists as required

  • Assist campaign reporting against sales and marketing KPI's to measure campaign performance

  • Own assigned projects and drive to completion, collaborating when necessary with other marketing, sales operations and IT team members

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of Marketing Operations projects in support of brands' strategic goals

  • Carry the best practices learned across brands

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Digital and/or Marketing/Communications or related field of study preferred (or in progress)

Coffee & Dispensed Beverage Intern Food Service Department We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and driven intern to join our team. This person will be responsible for supporting the coffee & dispensed beverage platform in a multitude of dynamic ways. As a coffee & dispensed beverage intern, you will gain valuable, resume-building experience. From participating in our rollout of a new, on-trend Alltown Fresh coffee brand to supporting store personnel with information needed to succeed - and everything in between.
