This internship will be a 2-3 month engagement. The hours will be Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm with a business casual attire.
Locate single-tenant photos and upload to the capsule
Assist in creation of flyers for marketed single-tenant assets
Create email campaigns/marketing blitz through Property Capsule
Proactively market properties at the direction of the VP of Leasing
Assist brokers in prospecting for leasing leads and tenant contact information by touring competing shopping centers, walking neighborhoods and cold calling.
Practice a customer-focused sales approach, finding ways to market properties that is relevant to types of tenants desired and to differentiate the property.
Assist in retailer research for conferences and strategic portfolio reviews.
Assisting with responding to and logging information on property sign calls and internet leads.
Provide research on market comps, demographics and any other related projects as directed and organize collected data electronically.
Be engaged in lease document review and analysis.
Work with property managers to update information on existing vacancies.
Be creative in tapping difference resources to help identify emerging tenants and leasing trends.
Assist brokers and VP of Leasing in providing leasing activity updates for external clients.
Organize and condense tracking spreadsheets for the leasing team.
Update leasing binders with current IR and budget proforma's.
Audit master broker list.
Capture retailer meeting notes, update in master file and draft follow up emails for each retailer.
