I. General Summary of Position

This role will provide on-going day to day administrative support to department which may include filing, organizing, database utilization, scanning, tracing and other administrative functions.

II. Essential Duties

  • Provides support in gathering, maintaining, and sorting through all documentation requirements as instructed.

  • Completes administrative duties such as scanning, tracing, filing, etc in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

  • Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communicating solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets that are updated in real-time.

  • Assist with departmental projects and other administrative duties, as assigned by management.

  • Operates safely in all conditions.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

  • Follows Company policies and procedures.

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Relevant higher education course work preferred.

  • Current enrollment in accredited educational institute or program required.

  • Strong analytical skills and sharp attention to detail; including accurate data- and numbers-entry skills. Ability to organize/prioritize work in order to productively and efficiently meet deadlines.

  • Professional presence with the ability to diffuse difficult situations, and problem-solve effective solutions.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with solid customer service experience.

  • Keen interpersonal skills; and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Ability to type 30-35 wpm with an emphasis on accuracy. 10-Key experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience with standard office equipment [phone, fax machine, copier.

  • Quick learner, multi-tasker, organized, detail-oriented, problem-solver.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience managing/prioritizing own work assignments, and meeting deadlines.

  • Requires confidence and independent decision-making skills to problem-solve, juggle competing priorities, and provide accurate and responsive customer service.

  • Ability to quickly assess situations, and escalate to management when needed.

  • Must have willingness to learn and grown in a fast-paced environment and work well with others as a team.

  • Required computer skills; proficiency with Windows operating system, MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and internet browsers. Able to learn new programs/systems quickly.
