1.Performs and directs game-day varsity sport operations, learning all aspects of operational needs. 2. Serves as director of home game operations for at least one sport per season. This includes managing and directing contest staff, officials, security and law enforcement; providing customer service and crowd control to spectators; working with Yale coaches, visiting coaches, and internal departments. 3. Participates in the planning and execution of the Compliance programming for all 35-varsity sport programs. 4. Assists with Student-Athlete SAAC Committee, Kiphuth Leadership Committee, and Captains Council. 5. Assists with facility operations for all 35-Varsity Programs. 6. Plans and directs facility rentals for the Department working with internal and external groups. 7. Serves on Contest Management Committee for the Department. 8. May perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
