Essential Duties
1.Performs and directs game-day varsity sport operations, learning all aspects of operational needs. 2. Serves as director of home game operations for at least one sport per season. This includes managing and directing contest staff, officials, security and law enforcement; providing customer service and crowd control to spectators; working with Yale coaches, visiting coaches, and internal departments. 3. Participates in the planning and execution of the Compliance programming for all 35-varsity sport programs. 4. Assists with Student-Athlete SAAC Committee, Kiphuth Leadership Committee, and Captains Council. 5. Assists with facility operations for all 35-Varsity Programs. 6. Plans and directs facility rentals for the Department working with internal and external groups. 7. Serves on Contest Management Committee for the Department. 8. May perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Impact patient outcomes. Come for a job, stay for a career. Careers that Change Lives Be the regulatory leader for the Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) business in North Haven for EU MDR 2020. With your team of RA professionals, you will help streamline and execute the RA strategy for MDR compliance for the biggest business unit within Surgical Innovations (SI). You will be responsible to manage initiatives of regulatory consequence and will work closely with cross-functional support within the SI business unit. This will include leading the completion of all MDR submissions with the notified body for products including manual staplers, powered staplers, sutures, access devices, instrumentation, and mechanical fixation devices, to name a few. You will provide direction and leadership for the RA MDR strategy to a cross functional team including subject matter experts and will require the ability to drive these strategic initiatives while managing tactical activities surrounding successful submissions for EU MDR. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with large groups of stakeholders. A Day in the Life The Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager for MDR is responsible for EU MDR product approval submission activities and full implementation of MDR for new and legacy products. This position is responsible to, as applicable, manage Regulatory Affairs staff, implement policies, procedures, practices and strategies for Regulatory Affairs. Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, and Quality and other required functions to develop and execute regulatory strategies from product inception to product launch. Responsibilities Include: * Responsible for preparing the documentation and implementation of regulatory strategies for new technologies and product modifications to include all applicable regulatory requirements. * Prepare and/or oversee Technical File, CE Mark, and other related regulatory filings. * For new product development - Collaborate with R&D to determine and execute pre-clinical test plans in support of regulatory submissions. * Collaborate with Clinical to develop clinical trial plans and reports per EU MDR * Establish and maintain a professional and credible image with TUV, and other regulatory agencies as needed. * Maintain superior knowledge of competitive technologies in addition to medical and technical developments related to the Company's products. * Interface with engineering, clinical, regulatory, sales, marketing and administrative staff as necessary to accomplish the above responsibilities. * Review and approve Marketing Collateral in support of product commercialization activities. * Ensure the timely and accurate filing of regulatory documentation. * Maintain current regulatory knowledge of domestic and international regulations, guidelines, and standards and apply appropriate implementation strategies. * As appropriate, provide direction, manage activities and participate in development plans with Regulatory Affairs Staff. * As appropriate, manage the performance review, hiring and firing process for Regulatory Affairs professionals under his/her direction. * Participate in compliance activities that relate to the department and the company as a whole. * Direct or perform coordination and preparation of document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of company, internal audits and inspections. * Lead or compile all materials required in submissions, license renewal and annual registrations. * Monitor and improve tracking / control systems. * Keep abreast of regulatory procedures and changes.
