Responsibilities

  • Work with modern Object oriented programming languages

  • Work with Relational Databases and Structure Query Language (SQL)

  • Troubleshoot daily technical problems

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance

  • Produce support documentation for IT staff and business users

  • Create and produce help-desk reports

Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program; undergraduate students who have completed three years of the program are preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • C# or Java experience a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, both independently and within a team setting
