The Hyundai Capital Global Internship is a unique and robust 7-week program that offers the ability to earn on-the-job experience at a global level. Our program begins with our interns traveling to Korea and working out of our main headquarters in Seoul for a 3-week period. During this 3-week period, interns will have the opportunity to visit the many campuses Hyundai Capital/Card/Financial Services has based in Seoul, and participate in a variety of cultural activities. The interns will also participate in group assignments and presentations with other interns from Hyundai Capital locations around the world. Following the 3-week period in South Korea, the interns will travel to Irvine, California where our American headquarters is located for a local 4-week internship. During the 4 weeks in Irvine, Interns will support one of our headquarters based departments and work closely with managers on current business initiatives and challenges. Interns will be working on case studies and will present in front of HCA's leadership team. While at HCA, interns will also have the option to participate in a variety of activities that will expose them to our unique corporate culture and core values.

Intern Dates:

Seoul June 29-July 17

US July 20-Aug 4

Compensation & Benefits:

  • All airfare and accommodations will be provided

  • Some meals provided

  • All company sponsored excursions and activities will be provided and paid for

  • Hourly rate $17.50hr

Qualifications:

  • Must be a current junior or senior undergraduate student. Seniors preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint is a must

  • Eligible Korean temporary visa (C-4)

  • All interns must have valid authorization to work in the United States, without requiring sponsorship for the intern program

Being a Hoag Pharmacy Tech I, means creating a Patient Centered Care environment and collaborating with members of your team to offer the highest level of care to those who depend on us.  Inside Hoag’s Pharmacy  This is a fast-paced environment as we have over 450 beds in our Newport Beach location, along with an Emergency Department with approximately 113k visits annually. Serving these areas includes delivering medication to and from nursing floors, pre-packing and labeling medications under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, and stocking Pyxis machines. You will work alongside the Pharmacy team to coordinate solutions for various department needs and ensure that the nursing staff is well equipped to serve our patients. This environment will allow you to strengthen your skills, grow your pharmacy knowledge, and provide you the resources necessary to grow your career.     Other duties may include:  * Ensuring that quality pharmacy service is delivered to all patients on a 24-hour basis  * Assembling floor stock medication for patient care areas  * Accurately preparing emergency drug trays  * Providing exceptional customer service to patients  * Accurately checking in stock and distributing incoming pharmacy merchandise  * Proactively entering patient charges and credits into the computer  * Assisting Pharmacist or manager with projects as needed  Hoag employees consistently maintain a high standard of professional communication, appearance and conduct.
