Our Interns will be introduced to the world of insurance and will actively engage in a variety of tasks/projects within the Client Service arenas. Interns will learn about the:

• Clients we serve and the vast industries they represent.

• The types of insurance we provide with a focus on our Commercial, Personal or Employee Benefits lines of business.

• Insurance carriers with whom we partner.

• Basic laws/regulations governing our business and how we ensure compliance.

• How we set and execute client strategies.

Job Duties:

• The types of insurance we provide with a focus on our Commercial, Personal or Employee Benefits lines of business.

• Develop & maintain good working relationships with Clients, Account Managers, Producers, and Internal Partners

• Assist Account Managers in administrative tasks such as record-keeping and special projects as assigned

• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, etc.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by team lead

Qualifications

• Self-Motivated individual with demonstrated history of seeking and successfully completing challenging projects/responsibilities

• Maintain positive attitude

• Demonstrated attention to detail

• Effective time-management and interpersonal skills

• Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office Excel and Word

Department Office Administration & Clerical

Required Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience

Required Travel: No Travel Required

Required Education: High school or equivalent
