Supports assigned department with daily business operations.

Essential Functions:
1.Responsible for supporting assigned department with daily business operations as determined by business need.
2.Internship projects will be determined for each intern role.
3.Other responsible may include:

  • Filing;

  • Preparation of memos, letters, and other documents; and,

  • Research.

Other Responsibilities:

Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).

Internship will run from January to April.


High school education or equivalent education and experience. Currently enrolled or have graduated less than one year prior from an accredited educational institution or certificate program.

Additionally, must meet eligibility requirements set forth in the Company's Internship Program. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail. Above average attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills. Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Must be available to be in the office the following days/hours:

Mondays: 8 AM to Noon

Tuesdays: Noon to 4 PM

Fridays: 8 AM to 4 PM

Highly prefer candidates with a demonstrated knowledge of benefit laws, trends and procedures. As well as strong presentation and conflict resolution skills.
