About the Internship Program:

Over the course of 10 weeks, a select group of college and university students will join us, gaining valuable work experiences and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Hasbro's beloved brands, gaining meaningful work-experience through day-to-day training, hands-on projects, executive exposure, individual development planning, and mentorship.

  • Our program runs between June 10 - August 16, 2024.

As a Finance Intern on the Global Toy, Licensing, and Entertainment (TLE) Finance Team, you will have the opportunity to work with a global leader in the industry, gaining valuable experience and insights. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success, who is ambitious and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What You'll Do:

  • Assist the finance team in conducting financial analysis and reporting.

  • Assist with global product assortment planning and assessing financial impacts.

  • Support the development of detailed reports and presentations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and forecasts.

  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends and competitors.

  • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking processes.

  • Support ad-hoc financial projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program majoring in Finance, Business or related degree with at least one quarter or semester left after August 2024.

  • Available to work full-time hours for 10 weeks in person at our Providence, RI office location.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis, with a proven record of performing sophisticated financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with SAP S4.

  • Advanced excel and power point skills.

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
