Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and passionate intern in there Junior / Senior college term to join our Global Brand Marketing team at our corporate headquarters in Paramus, New Jersey.

Hours: Part time, up to 25 hours per week during normal office hours. Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. In person days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

This is a PAID internship.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This role will support the Global Brand Marketing Team.

Assist the marketing team with:

• Coordinate sample tracking and shipments to various regions.

• Support the creation of line sheets.

• Assist with operating manual updates when necessary.

• Assist with organizing product photography and on-body e-commerce imagery projects.

• Help prepare and distribute seasonal marketing collateral and sales materials.

• Assist in product and collateral samples, ensuring organized distribution to regional teams.

• Assist in the coordination the distribution of seasonal marketing assets to regional teams.

• Post current photos of recent installations, ensuring all new store opening photos are properly cataloged.

• Consolidate master PowerPoints of all locations marketing execution.

• Provide administrative support for projects as necessary.

• Generate reports as required.

• General Projects as needed

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

• Must be a current Junior or Senior College Student (Business/Marketing/Merchandising related Major preferred)

• Detail-orientated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects at once.

• Curious and creative marketer who enjoys exploring data to find the next big opportunity.

• Reliable and possess a strong can-do attitude.

• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Strong computer skills (particularly Excel and Power Point)
