(We are#27 in 2010) Job Overview The Engineering/Maintenance Summer Intern will work directly with the maintenance team providing support and gaining invaluable firsthand engineering/maintenance experience by maintaining and putting into practice daily preventative maintenance programs, basic repairs, monitoring ASRS equipment, and involvement in projects for the distribution center and/or corporate facility. This role is located onsite in East Windsor New Jersey Responsibilities Follow, without exception, all work instructions and safety policies, including the use of all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safety equipment Assisting with the facility and premises maintenance as needed by the supervisor Assists in performing routine and complex work related to the troubleshooting, repair, and upgrade of distribution/facility equipment Supports the preventative maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of facilities and equipment Assist with identifying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Motor Controls including motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components and advanced automation controls systems Qualifications - Skills & Requirements Ability to use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment such as, hand and power tools Able to follow instruction according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Must be able to understand and follow the various levels of automation, the associated systems integration, and standards Strong planning, organization, and time management skills Must be able to communicate effectively with team, both written and verbal Basic knowledge of software, Microsoft Office A team player with a cooperative and logical workstyle Experience with pallet jacks, preferred To protect the safety of our workforce, customers, and communities, the policy of the Company requires all employees and workers in the U.S. to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they have received an exception based on an approved request for a medical or religious reasonable accommodation. Education & Experience Technical Engineering Degree earned or in progress Physical Requirements WAREHOUSE OR PRODUCTION POSITION - While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to: Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus The worker is subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes The worker is subject to both environmental conditions.

Activities occur inside and outside Medium work Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Additional Physical Requirements Job requires you to worker to reach or work above the shoulder Blood/Fluid Exposure Risk Category II: Usual tasks do not involve exposure to blood, body fluid, or tissues but job may require performing unplanned Category I tasks.
