Responsibilities:

• Be involved in the approach to the problem, structure, and delivery of analytics solutions

• Become an expert in our clients' information assets

• Find patterns in the data using advanced analytical tools and techniques

• Learn techniques to analyze, segment, and predict to solve client problems

• Communicate analyses by preparing presentations for and participating in C-level clients

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, computer engineering or analytics related field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
• 0-2 years' experience with solid analytical skills and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach

Base Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the EXL base salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location and experience. The base salary range listed is just one component of EXL's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, as well as a Paid Time Off policy, and many region specific benefits.
