Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Study I2C timing requirements of the CMIS Management Interface Standard to understand and define relavant test cases.

• Study the specification of our 3rd party probe to understand how to adjust the clock and data signals.

• Write test cases in python to verify that our transceivers meet the requirements of the Management Interface Standard.

Education & Experience

• Current student working on either a BS or MS degree in computer engineering, electrical engineer, or equivalent degree.

Skills

• Programming in python, C or C++.

• Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.

• Work effectively with other members of firmware verification group.

• Ability to use an oscilloscope for analyzing I2C transactions is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Much of the work will be performed in a lab at our Milmont (Fremont) facility.
