Job Summary

Eisai is looking for an intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a student currently enrolled in an Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or Data Science degree program to learn and develop new skills in a pharmaceutical environment.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role will be to assist the EIT Organization Change Management Team:

• Learn and understand Eisai's key M365 business applications and Eisai's best practices.

• Learn and understand the technology / AV equipment in our meeting rooms.

• Perform duties necessary to be the change champion for the 200 Metro Teams Rooms.

• Intern will be the point person supporting end-user training and adoption of the new room technology.

• roll out will be phased floor by floor and resource will hold awareness and training session.

• Provide continuous learning and feedback for improvements.

• Assist with other OCM activities as needed.
