Intern - Eh&S - Manufacturing

Job Summary

We currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2024 EH&S Intern to join the manufacturing team at our Melrose Park, IL facility.

Responsibilities

• Identification & labeling of confined and permit required spaces

• Assist with the investigation of incidents and near misses

• Review and update Hazard Communication records

• Assist EHS and ISO Managers in continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Intern candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.

• Our internships are unable to accommodate OPT/CPT

• Interns are responsible for their own housing

• Working toward Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Engineering

• Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university program; pursuing a business related degree

• Be classified as a minimum of a sophomore

• Must be planning to return to school at the end of his/her break
