Job Description
Summary:
Administrative intern position within the Document Control Department. Assisting department on administrative tasks as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Data entry projects. Potentially having to check multiple databases and communication with internal customers.
Preparing electronic Device History Records for filing and uploading for company access.
Staging records for internal and external audits.
Additional tasks include various short- and long-term projects requiring independent judgment and organizational skills.
Manually edit MasterControl infocards to add Standards per 1079665-DSGB QMS
Cancel Pending/Unassigned ECR-Archives/DCRs with Affected Items and DCOs, and delete Preliminary document numbers.
Device History Binder - electronic bookmarking of sections
AU MCO Requests
Remove Discontinued Field Service
CyberKnife Basic from 164 docs and Field Service
Ring Gantry Basic from 678 docs
Duplicate MFR names/Standardize list of MFR Names
Some urgency to this.
Delete or cancel unused ECOs, MCOs, DCOs, DHFs, ECRs, DEVs, PHs, items, MPNs, etc.
Audit support: Staging records for internal and external audits
Qualifications:
Required
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Attention to detail is a must in this fast-paced FDA regulated environment.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Qualifications that are advantageous to have in order to do the role successfully over time but can be trained:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Accuray Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
