Intern, Customer Experience (Remote)

Responsible for providing excellent care and support to AB recipients. Customer Experience Intern will work closely with AB Customer Service, AB field staff, and recipients to learn more about product training, troubleshooting and resolution to product complaints and ensure an excellent customer experience for our recipients.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Recipient Support Specialists, Consumer Sales Manager and Sr Director of Customer Experience.

  • Assist with follow-up items that need to be sent to recipients.

  • Work in the Service Cloud queue to schedule recipients for 1:1 appts

  • Follow up on tasks assigned to intern.

  • Document recipient interactions.

  • Increase recipient satisfaction by communicating through their preferred mode of communication. either email, text, call, videochat.

  • Learn about AB portals, including AB ProPortal, myABOnline.com and HearingSuccess.

  • Ensure every interaction with a recipient is productive, pleasant and leads to them becoming a loyal advocate of Advanced Bionics.

  • Other duties as assigned.

More about you:

Education

  • Bachelor Degree (or currently pursuing degree)

Work Experience

  • Customer Service Exposure

Languages

  • English/ Fluent

Nice to Have

  • Spanish and/or French fluency

IT Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com

Further Requirements: Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing environment

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is: $25.00.
