Classification: Non-Exempt-Hourly. Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM

Job Summary:
The Engineering Coordinator Intern is responsible for accurately maintaining project data and documentation used in the Engineering Department and assisting in equipment run-offs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists in building and maintaining project plans in project management software.
Design automated reports and dashboards in project management software to allow team to visualize KPIs and other metrics.
Creates and maintains documentation, recording, filing and distribution of information for production equipment.
Assists Engineers in running off and debugging new production lines.
Assist the Design Engineering team in following up on task status with other departments.
Assist in documentation and control of test part component inventory.

Physical Demands
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
Walking, Sitting and Standing for long periods of time.
The position may assist in the build and rework of wiring harnesses and or associated assembly / test equipment as needed which may require using hand and power tools and lifting equipment in excess of 40 pounds.
Skills and Abilities Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize critical tasks, and complete tasks accurately and on time.
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and email, specifically data manipulation and analysis (creating charts and graphs).
Ability to manage tasks and priorities using Project Management Software (WRIKE).
Ability to work independently with very little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to do whatever needs to be done to meet the customer's expectation.
Education and Experience Required
Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year engineering program. Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
