You are currently pursuing a BS (as a rising Junior or Senior), MS, or PhD in Business Administration. You have strong technical problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

As a Business Administration Intern in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Assist with defining, developing, and tracking key strategic initiatives for Installed Based Products and Engineering (IBPE) business unit.

• Development of key performance indicators, as well as Tracking, analyzing and reporting key performance indicator data to IBPE Leadership team.

• Assist with Operational Excellence activities, including A3s, Value Stream Mapping, etc.

• Provide support with gathering and analyzing data required for Operational Excellence initiatives.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $17.00 - $22.12 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
