Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Intern to participate in a program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across all areas of our business, as well as the professional services industry. The goal is to expose the Intern to our different departments. The Intern experience combines hands-on training with the opportunity to interact with multiple departments in order to develop stronger leadership, organization, communication and time management skills.



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree


  • Other co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role

  • A business or otherwise related academic major

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook) and intranet/internet

  • A leadership/management role in campus or related extracurricular activities

  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Responsibilities MAJOR JOB OBJECTIVES The Business Internship provides an opportunity to participate in projects that directly impact the business unit objectives. As a Business Intern, you will work closely with the Airborne management team to provide finance, program management, and analytical support. You will engage in the proposal process, ensuring requirements are satisfied, provide program management support for the entire program lifecycle, contribute to the Business Segment Financial Reviews and Program Management Reviews, and present to the management team your analysis and recommendations. This is a developmental position, restricted to college Juniors or Seniors. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Work with all Airborne business segments to support the proposal process, inclusive of understanding customer requirements, managing the review process, and tracking schedules.Assist in the development and execution of program plans in compliance with customer requirements.Compile and analyze, data for Business Segment Financial Reviews and Program Management Reviews.Partner with Business Segment Leads to improve and streamline processes, creating consistency.Conduct research and prepare reports based on findings, to include recommendations or alternative proposals for action.Conduct presentations to Airborne executive team to provide project updates and recommendations.Collaborate with colleagues and other internal or external resources in the planning of assignments and completion of projects.Along with other interns in the Company, participate in a presentation for the Executive Staff designed to summarize the internship experience and deliver at least one project.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Qualifications BACKGROUND REQUIRED Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.Must be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program.Analytical and solution-oriented experience with demonstrated problem solving capabilities.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to understand complex and detailed instructions.Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to handle multiple priorities with limited direct supervision.Proficient knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required.
