The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) is a global leader in the fight against pediatric HIV and AIDS, working in 19 countries and at over 5,500 sites around the world to prevent the transmission of HIV to children, and to help those already infected. Internship Summary

The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) is seeking a part time Intern to support our Award and Project Management efforts. This intern sits within our Program Implementation and Country Management (PICM) unit. This role provides support to the three member Award and Project Management team, and may assist other PICM staff as requested. The Intern will support activities including researching information, editing and compiling materials, and other administrative tasks

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with researching, preparing, updating, formatting and editing of key documents

  • Provide logistical support for trainings including printing and binding of material

  • Perform information queries for Office of Award and Project Management

  • Work to update and upload intranet content and material on a regular basis

  • Assist with reviewing and editing awards within the Award Management Database

  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics including the preparation of expense reports and invoices as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude

  • Familiarity with or interest in public health, international relations, or related field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
