The Intermodal Operations Specialist is a key team member of a high energy and ever-evolving department that supports our Intermodal pick-up and delivery services for our clients. They will be responsible for end-to-end-services for ensuring a client's shipments are properly setup with appointments, drop & picks, live load/unload, and whatever means our clients need us for smooth transportation services. This position encompasses someone with a strong background in logistics, Intermodal, and Client Solutions, and a drive for excellence. This role requires hands-on leadership and a person who is capable and willing to jump in for support and assistance to his/her colleagues with confident and strategic solutions. This individual will report to the Manager of Intermodal Operations.
