Job Description

CACI has an immediate opening for an Intermediate Logistics Analyst to support logistics efforts under Naval Forces Logistics USFF program at our Norfolk, VA location.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Provide in-depth database analysis of logistics data to include NALCOMIS, RSUPPLY Force level, OMMS-NG and AMSR

  • Provide on-site over the shoulder training

  • Provide subject matter expert support to business process improvement reviews of emerging information systems

  • Provide technical input to briefs for TYCOM staff, to include charts, graphs, and PowerPoint presentation

  • Provide subject matter expert support for revision of TYCOM policies and instruction

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related business discipline and

  • minimum of three years of experience in Navy logistics, AIS management, inventory management, financial management and the functionality of military logistics AISs

  • As a substitute for education, four years of additional experience in Navy logistics, AIS management, inventory management, financial management and the functionality of Navy logistics and AISs. Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category

  • In addition to any experience which is substituted for education, the Navy Logistics Analyst must have seven years of experience in Navy or USMC automated logistics management and the functionality of the automated logistics systems

  • Must have experience with OIMA NALCOMIS, RSUPPLY Force Level

  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), and NMCI

  • Must have a current DOD SECRET clearance

  • Former Navy or Marine Corps Logistics Specialist desired

What You'll Get to Do: * Develop and execute basic ORACLE/SQL queries written to support unique and specific client requirements using relational database management systems Real Time Value Network (RTVN). * Manipulate data from a variety of sources, such as COGNOS/TOAD/Tableau and ASCII files, and convert Excel formatted reports. * Conduct Business Process Reengineering with emphasis in Human Centered Design as well as Business Process Modeling Notation * Perform enterprise logistics data analyses by comparing information located in separate, but related, files or tables within RTVN. * Perform configuration updates into USFF unique databases and provide metrics. * Utilize MS ACCESS to create relationships to analyze and report data. * Conduct analysis and manipulate BIG DATA and DATA WAREHOUSING representations. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * Successful crossover and maintenance of government security clearance. * CompTIA Security+ certification * Linux+ training or CompTIA Linux+ certification within six months. * Former Navy/Marine Corps Information Systems Technician (IT Rating) or Aviation Maintenance Administrationman (AZ Rating) Enlisted.
