Unispace is a global design firm with integrated project delivery capabilities. Our Boston design team is looking for an incredible, well-rounded Intermediate Designer to join our studio. You are able to perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation. What you'll do:
Support senior designers in daily project related awesomeness
Manage small projects and project team independently
Communicate with clients, designers, consultants, technical and construction teams to coordinate work efforts
Use your presentation skills, both graphically and verbally, to wow our clients and prospective clients
Pitch in where ever needed as a valued member of a cross-functional team

Who you are:
Interior Design or Architecture Degree
Minimum 5-8 years of experience designing corporate interiors
Have a high regard for superior client service
Must be a proactive self-starter who can speak well to the design build process; a problem solver, a team player, highly organized, deadline driven and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Have served as lead Designer on a small project or have knowledge to do so; ability to work independently
Ability to be client facing with strong client presentation skills
Strong knowledge of FF&E
Ability to produce detailed drawings and test fit
Must be creative with a general knowledge of code and technical design
Fluency with design technology; Revit skills a must
Strong understanding of design build process and project execution
