Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the luxury, high-end residential sector Proficiency in AutoCAD with a strong understanding of it's application in architectural design. A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and skill in architectural design. Exceptional design and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding innovative solutions to architectural design challenges. The ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently when required.
